Replying to Women's limiting factor

ahh the xgames, it's that time of year again to rekindle the always entertaining men vs women debate.  me and some friends just got in a pretty heated debate in which they claimed the only limiting factor that has kept women's freeskiing so many years behind men's freesking is physical.  That is genetics and the sole fact that they are weaker than men is what is keeping them back.  I on the other hand happen to believe that unlike in other sports, in freestlyle skiing the physicality argument holds very little water.  Just look at any of the groms out there throwing tricks that wont be seen for years to come in women's events.  So NS, instead of just bashing women's skiing i pose this question: what is it exactly that is holding women so far back when it comes to freeskiing progression?
