Tremblant opened up their big jumps on the south side park not long ago. I would say Tremblant, though if you are going for one day it could be a bit expensive.

I ride avila every week end ,
although i broke my collar bone last friday ,

But i really wouldnt recomend avila this year ..
either go to bromont st anne or tremblant.
