i went gourmet today: cooked up some cherry tomatoes in butter and olive oil + s,p and oregano, then added the eggs once they were softened up (i do this frequently) but today i put some of this super fancy Parmesan cheese in it. it was really good.
went nice with my side of eggo waffles, bacon, and orange juice.
you can add it whenever you like, it melts pretty easily. I add just before i fold over, then its done 30 seconds later.
and amount comes from preference, too much takes over i find. maybe 2 tbsp for 3 egg omlet.
Today i kept it simple: sauteed some diced tomatoes in the pan w olive oil n butter n oregano. then added the eggs, cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. molto delizioso
eggs are my favorite thing to make. one of my favorites is a tex-mex style of disturbed eggs ("huevos rotos," i learned it in spain). Monterrey jack cheese and pineapple salsa fried slow and then scrambled after the turn white.
i was lucky that my fridge was well stocked today.
I started by sauteing some shrooms and tomatoes with seasoning w.e., then threw in the Polish Kielbasa and crisped it up a bit. then added the eggs and cheddar cheese. it was so good!
i like having a bagel with peanut butter and raspberry jam on the side, they go well together.
Just made the Gordon Ramsay eggs and then added cream cheese with green onions, red peppers, parsley and some lemon pepper plus salt and pepper into the eggs and it was so good.
