Looking at picking up a second body/smaller/pocket camera, and this bad boy looks so sick. With 1080 60p and the same sensor in the fs100, as well as an e-mount (13mm or something flange distance means you can adapt pretty much any lens to it). Oh yeah, its $600 brand new too.
I'd love to hear peoples thoughts on it!

Yeah I have one with a 18-55 and 16 lens and it is pretty sick. Super portable and tons of nifty features. Video mode is frigin dope with full manual control and 60p

how do you like that 16mm lens? I can get one for like $190 bundled with a 5n, it looks sweet. and Rokinon is coming out with an 8mm 2.8 fisheye, sort of stoked on that too.

That thing looks crazy, looks like a point and shoot but the image is unreal, at such a good price too. In low light, there is no noise, It's crazy

My friend has one and he likes it alot but it has some problems. It always overheats. and sometimes exposure may be off in the evf

was planning on getting a zacuto EVF instead of the one that sony makes for it. I dont trust that one that much.
but good to know of the overheating issue.

Yeah idk if you're willing to put in the extra money but my buddy said the nex-7 basically fixes all the issues. But about the overheating it's not so much a minor problem apparently it happens like everytime he films so I wouldn't trust it for interviews etc.

the nex 7 is too pricy :\ but i'd be filming skiing outdoors in colder weather, so hopefully it wouldnt be an issue.
