probably looking down just turn your head to the right or left depending on which way you spin and you should be fun, if not that your probably leaning backwards or something.

you probably aren't committing to it. keep your weight over your skis and keep your head up, and you will do fine

Dude I used to do the same thing. It pissed me off to no end. Keep a level head.

Everyone does this when they're learning threes. Look over your shoulder instead of under it, pop harder, and practice makes perfect!

i did this a lot to but just lean on your shins when you go off the jump and pop a hard and look over your shoulder but not down over it and don't rush the spin

I can almost guarantee this is your problem: you spin your body around 180 before you even leave the lip. Pop, then spin. This should solve your problem. When you spin, pretend like you're punching somebody that's at your shoulder height with your right arm if you spin left.
