Of course this isnt the best site to ask but has any one gone on a non processed food diet, or simple ate completely non-processed. I eat mostly organic, free range as it is, but Im trying to go a month eating non-processed food. Im a few days in and its not terriable, who doesnt love shitty processed delicious food, but its obviously not the best for you? Im not doing it for weight loss reasons, basicly just trying to be as healthly as i can while Im still young.
Has anyone done this and have some good recipies, and good snacks besided fruits and veggies to munch on?
