So I'm trying to download mine craft for mac and all of the torrents say put the folder into the Application Support folder but I have no clue where that is any help would be absolutely great. thanks

Dude, just buy it. It's such a good game and worth every penny. Plus you don't get updates with a torrent, and there are a lot of updates.
