I just got my hoodie today after ordering it on the 18th. I clicked priority shipping and paid the extra money to get it soon for my next ski trip. I don't even know why they have the Priority Shipping option if I am going to get it 8 days later.... I also emailed them 2 times regarding my shipping and they did not respond.
I understand that they have very little people taking emails and working there, but you need to accept peoples demands, and shipping + customer service are some of them.
Saga is my favorite company, but their service and shipping is not as good as I would like it to be. They would be flawless if they addressed these issues.
