Replying to Optimized Quality via Compressor Settings?

Well, I edit in FCP7 and export via Compressor, and everytime I do so I usually just click "Youtube Sharing" considering that would be the closest to Vimeo. I have been seeing a lot more videos lately with much better quality than mine, and I realize that it's the compressor settings most likely.

What would be a good custom setting to use to get the best looking footage? Like specifics and everything.

File size doesn't matter, neither does upload time, I just want amazing looking footage.
