So i got a jiberish pinswipes the other day and i really liked it except the waist band was just sooo wide.
Today i was looking at it and realized at the waist the fabric is folded over leaving a perfect area to put a string through.
I fed a string through it and now my pinswipes fits perfect!
Just thought id share this with you guys.

Yeah, the classic shoelace cinch has helped me with a couple of hoodies that I have, including a Jiberish one from last year.

I'm gonna modify my friend's Ignant from last year using strategically-placed pieces of elastic.  Hopefully this works, and if it doesn't, I can just take the elastic off.

sickk, how would you do it to a hoodie though?
would you cut a hole for the string or something?

well the elastic "waistband" part of any hoodie is really a piece of ribbing that is doubled over on itself and then sewed on to make it a full loop. if you feel it with your fingers it's like rubbing two pieces of paper together, each side is mobile and there is space in between. so just cut two slits on the inside of the hoodie on the waistband, feed string though, and tighten and tie it however you want.
