Line Mastermind Durability

Ok so yesterday was my first day using my new line mastermind. They were great and I had a lot of fun except I think I am going to have a durability problem. It's my first pair of park skis so I don't know if it's normal but I used the ski on some rails and you can clearly see it had been used and already damaged on the edges. It this normal since I've been hitting some rails or does the durability on this ski bad?

if you are sliding rails skis will get damaged.

If you center mount these skis, you have about 30 days before one of the tails snaps.

My buddy Spicy.Cat, got Masterminds this year. He took this year pretty easy and did not to anything that would really damage any ski.. The tip delaminated twice and the top sheets got beat up pretty quickly. He loved the ski though, super light and buttery but I guess the durability problem is common in them.
