What do you guys think about the Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 for video on a T3i? I've got a lot of recommendations for this lens, but never specified that I wanted the lens for video use. Does any one have any experience with use of this lens for video? +K for any help of you want it. Thanks ALOT!

I have this lens. I love it, It's a great lens for the price. I also do 95% video if that helps. Although it isn't the BEST lens, the next level of similar lens costs 200-300 $ more

pretty much this. it's good for the price but it's def. got a softer image. The 50mm 1.8 is much sharper but it doesn't have nearly as much play.
