Today I nicked the tip of my skis on a rail and I guess it was enough to push in the edge and cause the base to bulge. I have been trying to find threads on this but didn't find much. I wanted to get everyone's opinion before I take it into the shop. The damage isn't that bad, the edge is pushed in about .5 cm and the sidewall is just a little nicked. The bubble is the only thing that worries me, it didn't break through the base material and is about the size of a dime. I kind of just want to hammer it back in but I can already tell thats a stupid idea. Any help would be great.
thats pretty bad, but considering its only on the ti and not touching the snow, it will be fine for now, but still go into the shop. the only thing it will affect is butters.
