Question about Saga

Now im not saying I hate Saga, cause I fucking love them. But I bought some stuff during the Reverse Sale during the 60% off day and they said they would ship in 2 two days which they didn't. I can understand why since they had so many customers. When I received my package I got the wrong hoodie and they didn't give me a wallet I ordered, it was sold out. Instead I received key chains, lanyards, a beanie and stickers which isn't bad but it was kind of a surprise. Iv'e called them on the phone before for questions but never answered, emails are usually alright though. Anyways im not pissed off or anything but im just curious if any of you guys have had problems?

My orders in the past have all been 100% correct, but it looks like the guys from saga really tried to make up for not having your wallet, and ultimately think about how you got %60 off on some great stuff!

I've had a bad experience. I've bought from them twice. The first time I got the wrong shirt, and the second time they forgot to send the sticker pack I bought with my vest. But they fixed it for me.

i havent gotten my stuff from the 60 sale yet. hopefully it will be the right jacket

my friend got the wrong jacket from them a couple months ago. as long as theyre good about returns I don't really see it as much of an issue.

Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. But as long as you get the stuff you want, you can always ask for a little extra from them for free for their mistake!

They hooked us up so much, I don't see how you can get that mad over the shipping being a few days late. And they must be flooded with emails and calls.
