its a double standard. women expect men to act like the men in the movies, by over coming any obstacle to please them. but if a man expects a woman to act like women in movies, sleeping with us on the first date and randomly kissing them passionately kind of thing, it's sexist.

Drove an hour to get to school 3 times a week this year, wasn't that bad at all. But then again I like driving, and I'm not in rush hour traffic either.

my work commute used to be an hour. Twice a day, every day.

I swear your willingness to commute any great distance peaks in your mid 20s. At my age, 45 minutes to 90 minutes to work? (not the case...) No problem. When I was 16 more than 20 minutes sucked.

I drove 45 minutes in one direction for school then another hour back to work everyday for my first 2 years of school. Bitching about 20 minutes is absurd

where i live it takes 10-20 minutes MINIMUM to get anywhere (mall/school/dealerships/restaurants/bars/etc, friends houses dont count haha)

Yeah mine was an hour each way, but I only had to do it Monday Wednesday and Friday each week, so it wasn't too bad. A good sound system and an iPod hookup helped a lot though haha
