I have a story that happened to me this past winter. Here it is:
This girl had been texting me a lot lately and was always asking to hang out with me. It was obvious she liked me but I wanted nothing to do with her. She constantly badgered me and was borderline stalking me, always asking about my life and shit even though I hardly knew her. This is how I got rid of her.
While skiing at my local hill. I texted this her saying as a joke that my friend, Matt, liked her. After sending the text. We did 2 laps of the park. We were at cop and if you've ever you know that a lap is like 2 minutes (It's not a mountain, just a slope inside the city of Calgary). On the chair after those 2 laps my other friend, not Matt, says for me to check my phone. I take out my phone to see 38 new messages, All from her. most of the texts say things like: "Eli, I'm freaking out right now does Matt really like me? Please respond and you can't use skiing as your excuse for not texting me back because you're always skiing." 38 times over. My friend took my phone and called her. He was saying that Matt really liked her and wanted to have sex with her and shit like that. We went in to the lodge after that and continued to lead her on she sent a ton of texts saying shit like, we need to talk, Eli, I have something important to tell you. I ask what she had to say. She confessed her love for me. I asked her to please leave me alone and to stop texting and calling me and my friends its is annoying and creepy. She called me an asshole and said she'd never talk talk to me again. I thanked her.
