Do you live in the Tahoe, LA, So-Cal and/or Bay Area? If the answer is yes then pay attention. Big Bear Lake, CA is having a “Battle of the Sexes” festival. This two-day event will have it all, live music, food, local and non-local vendors, a snowshoeing demo, fashion show, male vs. female DJ battle and of course a good ol’ fashion ski and snowboard rail jam.
The purpose of this festival is to educate and uplift women through fun, non-competitive events vs. men, and to raise awareness of breast cancer and the value of living an active lifestyle.
Admission is $25 each night. A portion of ticket sales goes to Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC), a non-profit, youth-focused education, awareness and fundraising foundation for breast cancer.
