Dude, most people on this forum are in high school so your kinda asking in the wrong place but at least your off to the right start.
You can do Pickup Artist stuff but thats the lamest thing but if it fits your personality or you like it then go for it. Basically you read books/websites and/or go to some classes and they teach you how to be like the 'alpha man' and pick up women at clubs or at coffee shops or whatever but its kinda sketchy.
I would suggest a dating website. I would also try reconnecting with some old friends via Facebook or whatever - not like old girlfriends but just like old friends. Maybe ask a friend whose a girl to set you up with someone?
It seems like the better your social life the more likely it is to get laid. Like going to parties and events and having a lot of friends. But there's other ways to do it in my opinion that people don't talk about because its not as impressive. Another suggestion I've heard is like signing up for dance classes or improv or something like that but if you already have a social network at hand then I would tap into that. I think getting set up with someone or meeting someone through a mutual friend is the best way to start a relationship.
Idk though I'm in college though so its way different.
