Off camera lights?

I can not find them online and really want a pair, but im not totally sure what it completely intails like everything i need to buy i dont even know but thats why i need you to help me out and link me to what i need

As much as I don't want to come off sounding like an ass, you shouldn't expect people to hand feed you simple information. If you don't know what you need, you're likely not ready to purchase them.

First of all, are you talking about lighting photos or videos?

photos and all im looking for is a link to a off camera flash like one that has its one stand and you just have like a sensor attached on the top of your camera so when you take the picture the flash goes off at the same time

Because I'm an nice person. But I also completely agree with Trevor, if you can't even name trigger/receiver, you might want to learn a bit more or take a course before you invest.

Using continuous lighting for photo is a bad idea, there's really no point. He's looking for photo lights.

Wireless Trigger (cowboy studios def= Cheap.)
Old Strobe (Value village, Goodwill, etc.)
Light Stand (amazon...)

You can rig up a cheap one light setup for about 60 bucks if you do it right.

If you do go this route, never put the strobe on your camera. Old strobes are great ways to ruin your camera. Old strobes operate at much higher voltages than today's cameras, and everyone knows sticking your hand in an outlet is a great way to fuck yourself over. This is meant to be a strictly off camera, wireless strobe setup.

A cheap strobist setup isn't worth it if you won't know how to use it. I would strongly suggest shooting for a few years before investing in one. It's like buying pow skis when you're still on the bunny slope.

I'll try and help you out though, we were all new once so I understand how you don't know a lot. At least do a little research though before you make a thread or buy anything.
Alright well my SKIING flash setup right now is this:

Cheapo transceivers that I bought on amazon:

It only has power settings of 1/16 and full, but for just my ski set-up it holds up pretty nicely. For some odd reason it always falls out of my transceiver though. It's fallen into snow probably 3 times and works perfect still. Not bad for something I paid $40 for.

$23 now but I think when I bought them I paid $15.

Again this is my ski set up, so I kept it as cheap as possible because I don't even want to worry about kids knocking it over or something. If I had a Nikon SB900 out there, I would get a little worried. So remember keep it cheap.

I'm actually looking to get some transceivers(recievers/triggers) for my non-skiing stuff too. I'm thinking the usual pocket wizards, but do you guys have any other recommendations?
OP I hope what I said helped but do a little more research before you buy anything.

^^ unless the yongnuo ones give you problems or you've got money to blow, or you really can't afford any malfunctions, i'd stick with the yongnuo ones and invest my money on another part of your gear.

About the lights i was really interested in them when i made this post because at the biddoford rail jam some guy had them and the shots were coming out really cool and dramatic and i just wish i could get shots like that, the guys was also a lot better then me but it was to dark out for me to even shoot with my t2i, about my gamer, IK it sucks i was never taught how to spell right, im just a freshmen in high school and in middle school they didn't teach me anything about spelling so sory, but i feel sometimes people overreact about spelling and its just a website.... its not like it matters on here
