I haven't skied the Head Jerry, but I used to ski the 2009 Head Supermojo 105's in a 181 which have almost identical dimensions. They are definitely the perfect size for an all-mountain ski which is more powder oriented. They aren't rockered however, and I'm not sure if the Jerrys are so not sure how they compare in that regard. They definitely like to charge, they're very stiff skis with a large turn radius. They take some effort to make short turns on, but the are super stable skis that you can be confident on in steeps and they bust through crud with ease. Rocker would help in powder, but they do ok. They work great on groomers as well.
If you're looking for a good deal I'm actually trying to sell mine right now on geartrade. Take a look at them if you want and I'll make you a better deal than the price I have them posted for.
However, I've also heard great things about the Access. And if price isn't much of a factor, check out the ON3P Jeffrey's. That's what I'm currently on and I'm absolutely in love with those skis. Most fun and versatile skis I've ever used.
If price is a factor, hit me up though and I'll give you a great deal on some lightly used Head Mojo's.
