Replying to Extreme Crowbar Discomfort?

Before you flame me, please ready my entire post.

So I tried my friend's crowbars on a few weeks ago, skied for a few hours with them, absolutely loved them. I loved the peripheral vision, there was no nose pressure, and they had good peripheral vision.

About a week ago I saw a pair on Whiskey Militia for $40, so i bought them in an instant. Unfortunately, they feel terrible. My nose is dying whenever I wear them, and the peripheral vision is worse than my $30 4 year old smith goggles. They also feel extremely tight on my face.

The packaging they came in looks old, and it's labeled (c) Oakley Inc. 2005, so I'm assuming it's an old crowbar they're trying to get rid off.

I don't care about that, but is it possible that old crowbars fit differently? Or do they simply need some time to break in? +K for help -K for hate.
