took a much needed break from facebook, lil bit of cleansing and its workin good so far. whos gunna accept the challenge and do it with me? more time to think about skiiing!
What? Its a site where you interact with other people who have the same interests as you... Almost all the people I ski with now I met on NS before I moved/they moved... Not really sure what your point is. Sure it may not meet the dictionary definition of "social networking" but its in the same broad category.
My point was talking about how you deleted your facebook on NS is essentially the same as posting about it in Twitter.
Either you lack the self control to use Facebook sparingly, in which case you probably have the same problem with any other online personality, or you care far too deeply or are far to frustrated by people who post dumb things on facebook, in which case you need to find better friends, and learn what is worth caring about/getting worked up about. Not to mention the level of dumb things posted on NS far exceeds that on FB in most cases.
OP was acting like it was this big load off her back when her Facebook was deleted, implying that her life was somehow consumed by a website, which is rather sad.
