Rossignol Scratch Vs. K2 Recoil Vs. Line Chronic

Firstly this thread isn't for me, my friend has some used 2006 rossignol scratches that he's been using until now, however they've gotten to short and are missing some edge, plus the core is exposed, so he wanted to get new skis. He's saved up enough to get new skies and transfer his old bindings. I let him try my S4 jibs which he liked, but he;s considering two other skis.

He's also considering the K2 recoils and Line chronics because they're a little wider and more versatile for some light powder skiing, remember he can only afford one ski, he skis 50/50 park/all-mountain. He's about my height so around 6 ft and a light guy. If anyone can share their experiences with any of these skis, such as how they crave, there swing weight, float, durability etc. Or if anyone can make accurate comparisons between skis it would be great.

recoils are super legit and shred pretty decently all over the mountain

Could you give me a few details, like do they chatter at high speeds because of the rocker, how well they hold an edge and the swing weight for park.

you get a little chatter if you are charging super hard, but it is pretty minimal, they hold an edge really well because of the camber underfoot and as they are a park ski, the swing weight is pretty low, however the ski itself is fairly heavy, like all k2s, but durability is top notch

He ended up getting the recoils and doesn't look back on it. They've been durable so far, though I'm not suppressed considering my 2004 K2 PE's are still damage free. I got a chance to use them and I was surprised about how low the swing weight is, It feels heavier than my s4's but when I'm actually spinning it feels almost the same. Thanks for the advice.
