Getting a new tripod?

Looking at video tripods for my t3i. Is it better to go with a lightweight tripod when filming skiing and stuff? The manfrotto 190 xb legs and the 055 xb legs are about 5lbs which seems reasonable. however they are expensive.

I was looking at davis & sanfords and they are about 10 lbs but priced better on B&H and have all the same features.

what do you think about that one? or the one with the dolly

I am thinking of going with the last one. its really cheap right now. and even though its heavy it will be more sturdy and I have a camera pack to carry it around. Also the bag and dolly can come in handy.

what is your opinion?
