So yeah I heard some people say that its allready out in jibij shops, so are they gonna ship it out anytime soon? I want it sooooo bad

if jibij has redtape, dosen't that mean that plehouse already got the dvd's back from being produced, and that they were shipped to jibij. I think the people that preordered should have gotten it first.
