Touring bindings on snow blades?

Didnt really think anybody was ridiculous enough to actually do it. until we saw this guy at COP on Wednesday. pretty legendary. The guy who mounted those things bust have been having a ball.

he lapped the park all morning. there was also a guy shredding today on jj's with mfd plates in the park. seems to be the trend now...

Last year me and a friend took some snow blades to Lake Louise and destroyed ourselves in the park XD

i was skiing in la grave france once, i saw a monoski mounted with tele bindings...thats gotta be the most euro thing ive seen, haha i spent so long looking at it wondering why someone would ever want to do that

At COP a while ago i saw a dude with 130 or 140 flyers with touring bindings, trying to ski park. It was amazing

or you could tour with normal skis and not have a bunch of extra weight on both the trip up and trip down

I reckon walking up on snowblades would be a lot less tiresome, as long as they float of course.

and having skis on your back all the way up would be way more work then needed

kind of relative to this thread, Altai makes these skis with built in skins, they come in 125 and 145 lengths
