Really not too bad. Hard putting a glove on over and depending on the angle your wrist is set and how weak it is the poles might have to stay at home. I take it it doesn't cover your elbow?
i did it a few times but that was before i skied park so there wasnt a real risk of falling on it but id go for it if i was you, just take it easy if your gonna be doing park so you dont fall on it
Im goin through the same thing man! I broke my wrist (Buckle Fracture) on sunday and go back this sunday to get a hardcast. Not sure how hard it will be to ski. Hopefully i will be able to use poles.
skiing shouldn't be to bad. i had a buckle fracture last season on my left wrist, and i was sledding all the time with the cast because the throttle is on the right side so it didn't affect my other wrist. skiing was pretty good with it too, except you gonna pay more attention and not take stupid falls...
Easy as fuck. Get a cheap glove. Make it a clove by cutting it down the thumb (If your cast includes your thumb). And just be cautious. I hit my hand some times and it was never that bad. It is way worse the first couple weeks the cast comes off. You cant hit at all.
wear like 3 socks over it if a glove/mitten doesnt work. its what i did. worked pretty well just keep it across your front so you wont hit it against anything
