if there's any country that needs an external force to help rebalance it's political system, it's the US. the chinese should be fortifying DC and protecting the interests of the american people, cause the US government sure as fuck doesn't do that. much like the league of shadows did in gotham, the corrupt corporate dbags have infiltrated every level of the american political infrastructure and it isn't even a democracy anymore. money and power run the show, yet americans preach that middle eastern countries need to adopt the american way of life, living free of the shackles of outdated religions. LOL

the states is so fucked. they're like that fat bully that you ran into in grade 6. you cant do fuck all about him cause he's huge and enforces his will, he feels all cool cause he's a big motherfucker, bullies people around, but really he isn't doin it right. he's just doin it his way and dont anyone dare challenge that. so over time he picks on people more and more and more to the point where the little kid cant take it and he snaps and smashes that bully in the face with a crowbar. then what happens? that bully cries that he's the victim, much like the US acts like they're victims of terrorism when they've done more terrorizing to the rest of the world than they've ever received. you dropped bombs on japan to end a war. could you imagine if that shit had gone the other way and russia decided to drop bombs on the US? but that would be unacceptable because the states are the self-proclaimed heroes which gives them the right to play the trump card. when it's us, it's justified, when it's them, it's [insert random fear-inducing label here]. the world's a joke, and i hate americans more and more by the day. you guys need to have your power stripped so the world can be a better place. we dont need you out policing the world, cause you're actually causing more harm than anything. you simply do it for yourselves and the self-fulfilling sense of pride and joy that you so desperately seek from being that fat bully pushing everyone around, and you rationalize it by saying "it's for freedom".

Mobile... To the guy that was in dismay over our bombing of the Japanese, you're a fucking fool. Soon enough one side was going to bomb the other, so why prolong it and lose more lives than just end it? I wholeheartedly believe that the two atomic bombs were really the lesser of two evils. Stereotypes are not always demeaning, but close observations and generalizations of a populus of a certain region.

Anyway, I hope you get your country under good wind once again. Take the streets, demand a multi-party system in the government at least, ban lobbying from corporations, anyone with conflicts of interest gets the fuck out, lower the salaries of senators so it will become a sustainable and respected job, but also more of a calling for progress and pushing the agendas of citizens.

You've been watching too many hollywood war movies also. The bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were two of the biggest overkills in the history of warfare. The war was basically finished, and the already militarily defeated Japanese had made several attempts to bring the conflict to a peaceful end through neutral countries a few months prior to the bombings. They had even offered complete surrender of everything but their Emperor, which was almost identical to the terms america eventually offered them AFTER the bombings. Truman claimed Hiroshima was declared as the primary target due to its military base, yet it was shown post-war that the city was chosen due to its high concentration of activities and population. It was a fucking despicable and completely unnecessary act; just another case of america parading its artificially enlarged penis for the world to see.

I don't agree with everything you are saying, however, the situation regarding are senators..:( Along with having an astronomically high salary, every senator ever elected is paid an annual salary FOR LIFE! Yes, that means that EVERY senator ever elected is paid annually around 100,000 bucks of tax payer money...for life....even if their in office for only one term...fucked. "Typical Americans" is a misleading title. Every country has its outcasts, its rebels, and its lunatics. I am very embarrassed as an American watching this- regardless of what these people have done to our country, this is no way to treat the fallen.

War is a powerful, emotional state of mind. The amount of fear and lunacy soldiers from any country experience is far greater than anything we can comprehend. The soldiers in this video portrayed fear, hatred, and zero condolence, leading me to believe they fall into category 3 of who I see as going to fight. Frankly, I believe soldiers who voluntarily give up their life under a situation such as this (not world war, voluntary employment) are either 1. strapped for a job, 2. not entirely understanding of what war involves, or 3. a wack-job.

I've watched many friends leave for the gulf, Afghanistan, and Iraq and have never understood their intentions for doing so. Many of my friends fall into category 2 of not fully understanding the breadth of war, and thankfully none of them have perished. I do have one friend still fighting and consider him a category 3. Based on his temperament, reactions to stress and disillusionment of war, I see him as lost as a character in The Deer Hunter.

Am I disgusted by watching these soldiers piss on dead enemy soldiers? Yes. Are they "Typical Americans"? No. Can I construe their actions as appropriate? No. Do I see these soldiers as having emotional and psychological disorders stemming from their involvement in the war, leading to their actions? Maybe.

yes, i truly do. i truly believe that americans are happy to provide their unconditional loyalty to a system that has zero accountability. lets face it, if you ask the typical american why these wars even take place, people respond with "because terrorists hate us, so fuck em" or "we need to fight terrorism, rid the world of evil, make the world a better place, etc etc". it's bullshit. this is exactly what the government wants you to believe. war to "make the world a better place". LOL. that's such a suggestive remark that how can it possibly hold any validity? better, in what, their eyes? i'll say it again, war is about resources and power. we need to prove that we can trample over anything we decide to and that keeps nations fearful of what would happen if they decided to take the offensive, and you throw some oil into the mix and there's no reason NOT to occupy their country. they have something you want, it's a great way to demonstrate our military presence.. BAM. we declare war. ohhh, but it's for freedom, right? we're there to do the right thing and make the world a better place. god bless america, we're all heroes. and pissing on the dead is a great way to rub in how heroic and valorous we truly are.

i don't want to get too far off topic though, but going back to this original video, i'm truly amazed by the amount of support these idiots have gotten. i am. i think it's insane that people can claim they're at war with a nation of despicable terrorists and then condone the exact behavior that we find so appalling. it's hypocritical, it's disgraceful, and it only shows that americans have no foresight, no logic, and act solely on impulse. you can't blow us up or we'll go to war with your whole fuckin country, but we can piss on your dead cause it's just a joke and no big deal. the states are the ONLY nation in the world that can get away with something like that, and it's completely unacceptable.

at some point someone has to be a part of the solution. right now, all we're doing is exchanging blows. it can't go on forever. the US fancies themselves the police of the world. ok, so act like it. the fuck would the nation be like if you committed a crime, cops beat you up, so you commit more crime, and they beat you up more, etc etc. that's not the way it works, so why is that happening on a global scale? not to mention this whole pissing this is kind of like an officer giving someone a kick to the face when they're already cuffed and secured. it's low, it's a cheap shot, and it doesn't prove anything. takes an animal to kill an animal? yeah, apparently. but how does it make us any better?

Honestly I'm changing my opinion on this a little bit, I do have a point of view on this now the more I watch it and think about it.

Well first off they weren't thinking when they took a video and uploaded it online, that's for sure.

Second, it doesn't matter "what they have seen" as humans or whether "they were trying to kill them first" either. It's a respect thing for the human race in general. They need to learn to control themselves because this makes us look bad as a whole country, and they are what is representing us as a country. As dumb as I may sound, it is their job and even though they have seen a lot and it's one of the toughest jobs out there, they can't be setting this image for our country.

Another thing is that, everyone in favor of these guys is saying "they've done stuff like this to us" but we are supposed to be better than them. We are not the savages in this situation. We're supposed to be the more uniformed classy army in this situation, not stooping to their level.

I don't know how to explain it, but yes I really feel bad for these soldiers and the stuff they have to see and go through to protect our country. I always thank them for that too. Signing up for the job though, they do know what they are getting themselves into, and as bad as it is to say it, they have to control themselves when our countries image is on the line like this.

I don't know, no one has to agree with me and everyone can voice their opinion against me, that's what the site is for. I'm just stating my opinion on the situation and that's how I feel about it.

Wow bud. To me, that sounds alarmingly close to bigotry. Reminds me of some of the ranch people I meet out in Montana. They genuinely believed that all black people were gang members, dealt drugs, and carried hand guns. Yep, every single black person..because their only source of information on black people was hip/hop and the media. i fully support this statement, but it doesnt validate similar actions. it is totally fucked up that things like that happen to US soldiers, but that's exactly why we should strive to be better, especially when we decidedly claim to be at war with a country for being despicable terrorists and then go ahead and do the exact same thing to them.

that's the unacceptable part. they inhumanely disgrace us, so we kill them for being terrorists. we inhumanely disgrace them, and out come the rationalizations that deem it a tolerable consequence. no. just, no.
