As much as I am anti-war, I do not find this video that disturbing. This was a sniper squadron, and I feel like I would turn into the craziest motherfucker if I was a sniper. War is war, and its not like they are torturing anybody, those bodies didnt know what was going on. I don't know, i could sound like a savage person right now, but the way I see it is these soldiers probably aren't in the right state of mind to begin with and they are scared shitless too.

Definitely enough information in that 39 second clip to deduce everything about the scenario.

Best not to pass judgement on this situation until you can/have walked a mile in their shoes.

This is tame compared to most of the things that occur in war. There is much ignorance in this thread.

A professional sniper is one of the most precise killing mechanisms. I'm sure these hits on "civilians" were authorized because these guys were just bored and wanted to have some fun.

When something like that happens, the correct response is to invade a country not directly related to the incident (Iraq), who does not have a respectable military force, kill 100,000 civilians (wait, that's 33 times more CIVILIANS than were killed in the first place, oh well), take down their shitty asshole of a dictator in order to replace their government system with utter chaos on the brink of a religious civil war, and then get the fuck out. im not really that mad that they did that, but am pissed that they didnt think about the impacts it could have by video taping it and letting the world see it. They had to have known that this would raise tensions if it got out and they could single handedly be the cause of more american deaths
