there is no smell at all, thats the beauty of them, but make a sploof if you don't want any smell

you also miss out on flavor and the feeling of taking a hit which i personally find relaxing

It still smells, but its a different smell. Its not really smoke or weed. Its hard to describe but it smells good. Kind of like incense. It also tastes much better too

volcanos are worth it. You dont NEED one and can get a pretty decent vap for like 100 or just over , but volcanoes are sick if you like to go big.

Also nice to mix it up. I can't understand why some people smoke the same way all the time. Especially fucking gbong rips= meh. But its just nice to have the vap option.

Good for conserving weed. For the youngings its great for smoking without the fam finding out

I have used a vape before and personally I'd rather smoke a bowl or joint or whatever, if you don't want all the other shit in it though and just thx then I would buy one. Also there is no smell. But if you wanna spend 100+ dollars on one then go ahead it will be worth it. Personally I would just stick with a bowl

It smells, just not like weed smoke, more like your cooking with spices and a little fresh herb smell left in there.

Also miss out on flavor? I used to love smoking weed, cherish the taste, but once i started vapin strictly for a few months it started to taste like burnt shit. The taste of vaping is as close to the smell of fresh bud that you can get imo.

there are over 400 compounds in cannabis, and only about half of them get abosorbed during vaporization. combustion is the only way to get 100% of the chemical. you lose 10-30% of the THC while smoking (bongs or pipes, up to 70% with joints) compared to vaping, but i think it's worth it. i have done quite a bit of research haha

i was in possession of a silver surfer for like 4 months and it really didn't smell at all, the tiny odor would be gone in a matter of seconds after exhaling

all depends how you light your bud, i use a glass wand which helps with flavor sooooo much compared to just a shitty lighter, at least use hemp if you plan on using a direct flame.

if you took out the cannabanoids from weed (thc, cbd)and smoked that you would still get that initial headrush, "what the fuck, now im stoned" feeling you get after taking a fat bong rip, they are toxins from the lighting that shit on fire and releasing them

I have an MFLB and it was a terrific purchase. Super stealthy and can get me to a comfortable level without having to inhale actual lung-damaging smoke. (damage to lungs up for debate haha)

thats weird because you blow clouds with the surfer, which is like the most smell you can get, and you get like 1/4 that size of hit with the mflb and its still enough for parentals to notice for about 10 minutes

also yeah i've never done anything but torch it with a bic, im also getting mids and your getting pnw dank so im probably just ignorant in flavors of smoke

this is my vape (i have a silver one)-

(next to a lighter)

Its an arizer solo, it cost me $160 (ebay and amazon, new). It charges in a wall outlet and it lasts for about 2+ hours nonstop. Its smaller then a redbull can, has a glass mouthpeice, and has ajustable heat setting (levels standby/1-7) Its bowl packs a little less then .2 grams but can get 4 people stoned easy. It has amazingly solid structure, it feels like a macbook pro (as weird as that may sound) And it has a 12 minute self turn off, so if you pass out it wont burn your house down or waste your battery.

Vaping gives you a great high, you feel very lifted and not grimey, its a more legit feeling. You wont smell like weed, nor will you cough to death with a bad hit. And you can save your vaped weed and make edibles.

at least 30 people have used my portable vape (from inside dorm rooms, cars or even my bedroom with my parents sleeping 50ft away). Everyone loves it, prolly my best purchase of 2011
if mine ever breaks, im buying another (and its still got a 1 year warranty)

Taste-
80% of the time when someone uses my vape, the first thing they say is "dudeee! that tastes so fuckin good" Using a vaporizer mens you warm the bud till it releases the cannabinoids in the buds. This gives you a full flavor, not like burnt shit+bic lighter fluid.

Smell-
It wont smell like weed.
The best way i can explain the smell myself is saying youre left with a slight smell of warm/crisp pine wood, and that smell isnt really a smell, more of an aroma thatll fade within 5 minutes. It wont reak.

Pretty big names in the marijuana industry, that share my views on vaporizers. It's MY opinion that I don't like vapes as much as a glass piece, and i have presented actual facts. After that, it comes down to a matter of preference. Don't really get where the hate is coming from, considering that this guy's simply asking for your take on a vaporiser.

vaping and smoking are apples and oranges, one is not better than another, each is great for their own purpose. I personally love both. Nothing like a pure, super thick milkshot in a bong to get your head all kinds of fucked up. On the other hand, choking on bong rips all day definitely has a strong detrimental effect on the lungs. vaping essentially eliminates that, save for the irritation caused by the heat and expanse of the vapor.

I will forever argue bringing the best of both worlds together with a vape -> bong setup. nothing like milking a bong full of vapor and flooding one's brain with pure cannabinoid vapor. true, vaporization typically doesn't vaporize all cannabinoids and terpenes, but a consistent temp just below combustion (usually around 370-390F) will hit on all the major cannabinoids that affect the overall experience.

this guy knows whats up. ya you can feel really ripped but its just thc. you can definately tell theres just something missing. personally i feel like its just a lot more controlled but its really not amazing. id personally roll up a j or rip a bong any day over a vape. they are convenient as hell though and the minimal smell thing is really sick

buy a trippy stick aka vapor pen. buy empty inserts for it and make hash oil put the hash oil in the inserts.... make sure you add some glucose to the hash oil, just a little so it doesnt clog up the atomizer in the vapor stick. Or just have someone you know buy the inserts at a dispensary in cali. depending on how much you smoke an insert can last like 1 day to a week.

Atomsrx, iVapor and JOYE eGo-T are some good vapor sticks.

these are by far the best vaporizers on the market and will send you to the fucing moon if you are smoking hash oil inserts in them. dats no joke.

I used a vapor genie exclusively for over a year, now I'm taking a (semi) permanent break from weed, but up until this point I was really happy with it.

By the end I could easily make an 1/8th last a month. If you combust the bowl, it will smell like popcorn, if you do it right right there will be almost no smell at all, its so slight I don't even remember what it smells like.

It's something you can master, it will cut the money you spend on weed in half (at least), and is THE best smoking device for camping because all you need is a lighter and a little bit of weed. If one of those things entices you then the VG is the vape to buy.
