Who Cries During Movies?

I do.   I cannot help it.  and it isnt just movies,  fkn sad commercials too.  
Am i the only one?

You mean when the ring of power takes control of Frodo on the stairs of Cirith Ungol? That's not even in the book just the movie... Frodo never tells Sam to "go home".

Ya i straight up loved LOR, and that scene was the end of it all pretty much..

I've only watched it once too, every time i watch the last movie now i just turn it off for that part hahah

only the happy stuff in movies makes me emotional. movies like radio, remember the titans, and film of prefontaine's olympic 5k make my eyes a little misty, but i never cry. ever.

i just told my fiance that i watched the 1995 Mariners ALDS highlight reel today, just for the sake of crying....and then I re-enacted the last bit....where the M's are down and Randy comes in...then it's the bottom of the 11th...did it play-by-play, call-for-call, and managed to make him cry!

made my night! Cannot believe I made him cry...pointed at him and called him out on it then we both laughed until our abs hurt.

i almost cried last night watching the girls gynastics win the olympics, it's a pretty powerful moment when they get emotional after chasing a medal they've been dreaming of since they were just kids

I tear up and get close if it's intense enough but I almost never cry.


That said there are a couple movies that make me cry. Maybe I got too much crying done in my first movie experienced. The lion king in 95. When mufasa got thrown off the the cliff. Fucking killed me.

the ending had my eyes wet. when he flew out over the water, before we realized what really happened. but then again when Michael Cane got so upset but then visited the cafe.

had to hide it quick since i was sitting beside my dad lol

Whether a film is fiction or non fiction, I find it impossible to have any sort of emotional reaction to a film. Sure, there's some films that I immensely enjoy, but the events of films have no personal connection with my life.
