hello, i have had my car for a few months now, when we did the transfer at the saaq, (quebec) the teller did not type my licence plate properly. i learnt this last month when i got pulled over for not having a plate registered in the system, the office said this would only make me get pulled over whenever the police run my plate. the benefits for this are that if i pass through a photo radar or get a parking ticket it doesn't go onto the car since the plate is not really registered. i did not get a ticket or anything, i simply showed him my little blue paper and was on my mary way.
