Letter to Surface for school +k for help.

For my English class I have to right an informative letter to a company about a falty or damaged product. I naturally choose to right to Surface because I have seen soooo many people break there Surface skis. I was wondering what is the most common broken Surface ski, and what are the main problems with the skis in general?

Have you ha an issue with your own skis? If so write to that company. Or outerwear, etc

and to OP, contact Big_Spence, he's pretty "close" with the guys over at surface, they even gave him a Big_Spence-invitational to compensate for his anger over a pair of broken skis ...

I had watch lifes. they snapped through the core, off a 5 foot pillow.... Pieces of shit. I got free brand new watch lifes for it though. never got a chance to ride them, just sold them

OK I HAVE COME TO A CONCLUSION I AM WRITING MY LETTER TO LINE. (I HAVE OWNED 3 PAIRS OF LINES), BUT I LOVE LINE SO ITS TOUGH. ALSO I DONT EVEN DISLIKE SURFACE

how bout get out of your little skiing bubble and open your eyes to the fucking world. There are tons of products that absolutly suck out there that are being sold. The fact your writing a letter to successful companies because you "love" skiing is fucking weak bro. I have watchllifes and they been awsome and never broke no me

its just to point out flaws. for exaple: lines get lots of edge chips. they r easily waterlogger. thee bottom decal of my line came off. i saw my friend crack his a bangs n then watched them delam. also lines r often mad heavy

Then write to line? I love line skis I have anthems and they are seriously fantastic! but if you havent liked youre experiences with them write them.... Not a company you have zero experience with. Not trying to hate at all! It just makes more sense bro!

Mildly relevant - Got last years no times and took em out for the first few days and they are honestly the best park ski i have ever ridden, but i dinged an edge and fucked my topsheet up real good in only 3 days. Im torn, they seem like they arent very durable but they are soooo fun. story over.

surface park skis are garbage. you either got really lucky or do not ski very hard. nine lifes, no times and double times are lucky to hold up for more than a couple weeks

I really don't understand why people get so upset over cosmetic dings to their skis; I think of them as tools. Up until the end of December I was riding Joysticks with an 8 inch core shot in them. I mean hey, they would still slide down the hill despite the damage, so what's the problem?

And I own Surface New Lifes, rad powder ski. So go and find a product that actually malfunctions. People have made it blatantly clear that all skis have their defects.

And learn how to spell. Anybody who reads a letter from you is going to laugh at it and throw it away.

what about a non ski company? Like say Apple. You could write them expressing your anguish that their products are terrible at doing anything that is either useful, or not creative.
