well canadians take hockey very seriously and quebec takes being french very seriously. so yeah it probably is their biggest problem...

The biggest problem with Quebec, is that it is Quebec.

It is like being a french speaking, gay, Jew who is half black, half Puerto Rican, and living in Tangiers, but even less likely that anyone will like you.
