I got a gig this year to put out small edits of my local ski hill of their terrain park and some skiers/snowboarders around the hill.
I got my budget for this year for my small ski hill and went out and bought a new camera for them. Basic Canon Rebel T2i/550D. I got a good deal on it for the boxing week blowout at best buy. I now have a 7D and a HDR FX7 I never got big into accessories, but realize now I should get some. I have been looking on ebay for a few more things and picked up a FlyCam Nano, Pro Am Camera Crane (with LCD screen, tripod, and dolly).
I am looking at a camera slider right now ~12 ft. sits right on the tripod. Also looking at a rode video mic.
Basically I am out of money (small budget / small hill), and wanted to see if there were any cool accessories I could make myself to get a cool video effect.
Or if anyone has some used stuff to sell thats not too expensive. Or if anyone knows of a place to get relatively good prices on some good gear.
