Short or long skis?

So if i was to buy the surface no time 2011 skis what size should i get if I'm 5'11" and 140 lbs. There is either 172 or 182 to choose from. These will be used for park only.

It's preference... Do you like rails or jumps more? Usually a longer ski will be better for jumps and a shorter ski will be lighter therefore easier to switch up and whatnot.

I'd go 182. The rocker will make them ski shorter.

Go longer, I don't care if you can do a million switch-ups, your still on snowblades.

go longer. I think youll appreciate the extra stability of the longer length. My park skis this year are 181s and im 5'9 150lbs. Being a little taller I think youll be fine with the 182 considering it has a tiny bit of rocker if im not mistaken

...but yeah, I agree with everyone else, you should probably go 182.
