Ski shop review

So i went to a ski shop in early october this year and was fitted for full tilt booters. A boot for people with wide feet wile i have a very narow foot. So after three days of skiing and walking around on roads with these boots i was able figure this out. So i went back to the shop and told them what happend in a very calm and reasonably. I thought that i wouldent be able to get too much for my boots because they had been molded and pretty much ruind. In the end they took 380 bucks off a new pairof propperly fitted boots even though i only payed 230 for the original boots. So i now have awsome new boots and all is resolved the shop is summit ski and snowboard in framingham mass. I just wanted people to know about this because i was so happy with the custamer survace. If anyone has any other shops to recomend or not recomend you could share this here
