Depends on what you're hitting. On rails I like to set my edge, but on boxes you just kind of jump and keep looking and bounce wit it.

jump on the rail, turn your head a full 180 before you pop. spot your feet as your spin around and then look at the end of the rail again. Your head does like a 270 on a bs switch up while on a f/s switch up it doesn't really move at all.
