Replying to Need help: Kicking Horse trip

I'm co-planning a group trip for about 30-40 people, high-schoolers up to 50 yr old parents, March 3-10, and would like to ski at least 4 days out of our time there. Does anyone have any suggestions on the following:

Who should we work through to get the best group rates/ski&stay packages?

If we don't get a package with lodging, what are some better hotels/cabins/condos around Golden?

Are we going to have currency issues throughout Canada? Can we use USD?
