Replying to Full tilt help?

recently i bought a pair of hot doggers from what seems like a knowledgable bootfitter, and got them heatfitted and a surefeet put in, however when i walk with them on it hurts my toenails quite a bit towards the end of the day, wht is the reason for this? and how can i go about stopping this? also could you tell me the best way(if any) to buckle up the boot (e.g strap then top buckle then middle then bottom then retighten the booster? or what?) thanks a lot!
