Broken Zipper Help (Saga Shutout)

So I recently (mid-december) got a Saga Shutout jacket. It's sick. But, after wearing it but once, the zipper decided to shit the bed.
Most of the time when I pull it up, one side of the teeth goes under the other side. Sometimes the zipper zips but then it just falls out after a slight tug.
BUT, I know it's not totally busted because I can, on rare occasions, get it to work.

So anyone have any thoughts/suggestions as to what I should do? There any remedies out there that anyone knows?

I really love this coat and don't want to have this ruin it.

On a side note, to anyone else who has the coat, is it just mine or do all the coats have a headphone port on the inner mesh that leads nowhere? Like to no pocket or anything, just to in between the mesh lining and the shell.

Ya, the media pocket thing is really annoying! Hope you get the zipper fixed, it is a sick jacket!

That headphone hole on the other side leads into the secret stash pocket. look between the big middle zipper and the storm flap and you'll see a strip of velcro where the pocket opens up. its like left breast area.

You sure you're not mistaken for the On Deck? The Shutout doesn't have a storm flap.

I'm just going off of my anomie jacket. the pocket entrance is hidden under the flap that covers the middle zipper.

the shutout doesn't have a flap at all so that is out of the question unfortunatly

the hole leads to your outside left breast pocket, theres a little slit in the pocket that saga put there

take it to a shoe repair store or somewhere that works with zippers. they'll fix it

I don't really know saga as a company, put surely if the zip broke on your second time wearing the jacket, shouldn't they give you a refund under warranty or something like that? As long as you didn't break the zip by forcing it yourself it is clearly faulty

Same thing happened to me. getting a replacement, and if it happens again I am most definitely getting a refund. Guess thats what i get for getting the 120 dollar coat...
