Me and my family went to utah to hopefully get dumped on and have some decent skiing. This wasn't the case so me and my brother resorted to the park..

Let me know what you think the footage we got:

i think the east coast is sick of the west coast complaining, or at least about park city. it's like buying a mansion, and then saying, "aw man i'm so mad that this place doesn't have a hot tub." they already have it way better than we ever will out there, and are complaining. with great expectations comes great disappointment.

i mean west coast, i do understand where you're coming from. it's just the east coasters are tired of hearing it, since what little snow and parks you have right now seem luxurious to us. take it to regionals or something? i just don't really want to see it after watching some edits filmed in PC.

Move or get over it. Knee deep pow is normal and I dont have it son. Im fucking pissed about it. Besides, no one REALLY cares about the east coast anyway.

hahah pretty weak statement right here. will all due respect, some of the best ski racers in the world are from the ICE coast. a lot of people in the west think there hot shit because they can ski a wide open hard pack bowl. have you ever fucking skied the east coast? its literally like turning on a sheet of ice. dont give me that no one cares about the east coast shit. theres mountains there. are they as big as the rockies? no. but dont underate the terrain there. it can get gnarly if you look for it.

Dude no one cares you're from the "Ice coast," you think it's shitty there try the midwest bud. The point of this thread was places out west which are supposed to have a shit load of snow by now don't, which is way below "normal". No one is trying to compare who has better skiing, actually you are, but that's about it.

I live in Michigan and have ridden here my whole life. Im not trying to compare who has better skiing either, read the fucking thread before you make assumptions. My original post was about how people out west take skiing for granted, not that the east coast has better skiing. Then when someone said no one cares about the east coast, I said its steep and icy. I didnt say it had better skiing, im just saying its underrated. so screw off you arrogant fuck.

this winter has been bizarre. I live in montana and today it was 63 fucking degrees in january. it is normally 15 degrees to -20 degrees snowing. hopefully it is just going to be a late winter i hope :/

also, quit your bitching. my local hill was 75 vertical feet, I never skied there. I skied maybe two or three weeks a year in utah  until I turned 18 and moved here for college.

Would it make sense that the stream of air or whatever that brings the storms in was up towards Alaska in the begginning of the winter thats why they got/are dumped on, but now it moving lower, so now BC and the NW is getting it, so maybe the rest of the US gets it in a couple weeks? just spitballin here...
