Do anyone know any good exercises for the lower body? Particularly around the ass and upper thigh region? I feel like my body is disproportionate because my lower body is bigger than my upper body. Its just I've had a huge ass my whole life and it really sucks because I'm a guy and I don't golf or anything and it's really unattractive. I'm looking for specific exercises I can do at the gym or at home. Thanks +k for good answers
