Replying to Creepy dude on campus

So me and a few other kids are walking to the car and this one kid starts takeing to a PSO (pubic saftey officer) and they are talking about how the lights arent on yet, and it was dark. The PSO siad the timers havent been reset, so this guy who was talking to the PSO befor we got here says 'if some one was raped out there no one would know'. He siad that and with a straite face and then she says like he is guitly 'but i would never do that'.
