Battlefield 3 or Skyrim?

So I'm thinking of buying a new game and I'm thinking of either battlefield 3 or Skyrim. I had battlefield 2 and I really enjoyed the game but I have never played Skyrim and I heard it's a really good game. What's your thought NS?

I really don't know which one to buy. I played fable on the xbox and I loved that game and I'm also a fan of Assasin's Creed but I also love FPS like MW2 and BF2

same here! I got it for pc, and especially during the mission where you were in the jet... just unreal

OP those are my two favorite games right now. Pick either one and you won't lose out, but I would recommend going out and buying both :p

they are both awesome games...and like stated above it comes down to if you want a RPG or FPS.

either way you won't be disappointed.

lol... Can't believe how hyped up these games have become... my god

first of all, i have both skyrim and battlefield 3... i fucking hate both of them

Well, skyrim is alright (if i had just torrented it for free).. but im pissed that i wasted 60$ on that shit garbage of a game..

I'm not even going to explain why i hate skyrim because i could literally write a 300 page novel titled : why i fucking hate skyrim..

Anyways, battlefield 3 campaign is fucking awesome... the graphics are dope and the missions are fun...


Multiplayer on the other hand?? What a fucktastic failure, campers EVERYWHERE just sitting in the corners.... you spend half the game actually running to the fucking enemy... gayest respawn points i have ever seen in a game... Shitty ass graphics (i can tell there is a difference between campaign and multiplayer)

ya, fuck bf3 and skyrim... come at me haters

gow3/fallout 3 is by far my most favorite games i have ever had the chance to play on my shitbox 360... trust me man, torrent skyrim first before you buy it... you will see what i mean when i call it an overhyped piece of shit game..

When you see a flying mammoth in skyrim, or a mentally challenged dragon, or the other million glitches in the game, you'll be like... i should have listened to that ski_mask_man44 guy... i should have listened.. good luck and may the game gods be with you.

hmmm a tough one indeed. Skyrim has been the most fun game i have ever played.The story line is so much fun. It takes awhile to get into but becomes beyond fun. You will not like it if you play it for 30 mins at a demo in gamestop or something. Its like smoked ribs, they can take days to cook by god damn they fall right off the bone when they're done. You won't regret getting skyrim, you'll be captivated.

If you have a pc get bf3 as well, much better than mw3 but they're only doing pc based updates.

i just returned BF3 for MW3. BF3 sucked. Multiplayer was awful and the campaign was good but nothing revolutionary. I actually hated the first Jet mission. I didnt even get to fly the fucking play. Being a gunner is retarded and its not like you cant do that in any other game really.

if it's a console, get skyrim.

the quality of play for bf3 on console is horrendous compared to PC. the battlefield games are meant to be played on pc, so the gameplay suffers when they port it to console.

they have to water it down for the mainstream console gamers/fanboys

COming from someone who hasnt played it on pc, i fucking love bf3. I have it and mw3 and i think bf3 has much much better gameplay. I would rather play that all day rather than mw3, but mw3 has so many more gametypes

Buy battlefield 3 honestly, if your computer can handle. Online is a blast, there is no problem with campers, only with people who actually are decent, but once you get the hang of it, you will be addicted. Everyone is talking about the campaign but for all practical purposes it was shit the reason you buy the game is for multiplayer. If you wanna sit alone in your house and jerk off to swords buy skyrim, its a fun ass game but it gets old, and you would have better spent your money on morrowind (for what you actually get to how much you pay for it its better). The same could be said for BF2 and BF3, but honestly, BF3 is one of the most fun games i have played in the past couple of years.

my brother plays both. i've played neither. he quickly loses interest in skyrim, but there's days where he binges on it alllll fucking day. battlefield he consistently plays for a few hours here and there and is always stoked on it. he has some crazy joystick set up too, so piloting is pretty epic. i can agree with that, when i played battlefield vietnam / 2 that's pretty much all i did - the occasional infantry map and the rest was jets and choppers. shit's mad fun.
