cut out junk food at night. it's unrealistic to just say im going to eat 100% healthy, but at least if i can stay away from the chips and fast foods which i normally eat at night (with drinks, partying, coming back from the bar) i'm sure it'll go a long way.
work out more regularly. eff this semi-regular on and off shit. just go and get into shape so that when summer comes i'll feel great, have a lot of energy, and be all ab show for the ladies.
spend more time out of the house. i think overall it'll help me stay away from the mindless time killers like gaming and youtube lolz. going out and burning energy will only translate to me coming home and feeling exhausted and wanting to go to bed, rather than staying up half the night doing whatever random shit. when you keep yourself busy, your time becomes so much more well managed and productive.
