Summer 2011 Recap

I recently finished up a recap of some of my projects from this past summer. I'm not really calling this a "showreel," but more a recap of what I did during the warm months. The song is not appropriate for promotion to potential clients, but after hearing it over the summer, I decided I wanted to make this video for fun. It's more of an "edit" style, rather than a reel in my opinion.

Anyway, for what it's worth, enjoy!

Cinematography is great as usual from you, but the remix of the starry eyed remix made me want to blow my brains out. None-the-less, great glidecam work, pretty original from what I've seen from other folks.

monkatizer : Nothing was done in post. Not sure which shot specifically you are referring to, but all movements were done while shooting.

BikeMlatt$ and ~thuggery~ : Thank you for your kind words! In terms of the track, I completely understand and respect your perspectives - the music is a bit of a stretch (primarily the reason to not use it for promotion). I just had a personal liking to the song as the summer wound down, so I decided to run with it and edit for fun for a change.

I still don't get how the fuck you got that Whaleback shot.. did you just sprint like Usain Bolt across the turf without moving the GC an inch? It was amazing I just don't get how you did it

The shot at :54 was achieved with a Glidecam HD4000.
