Jjs for east coast all mtn

I live in the east coast ski at smuggs a lot so there are a lot of trees and some powder I'm looking for something that can turn on a dime in the trees wile carve on icy days

i was deciding between JJ's or On3p Jeffrey's this winter, and I went with Jeffreys. Definitely will never regret it, they have a much larger turn radius so you can lay down longer smoother turns, and they float really well too, if you want it for all mtn I'd definitely recommend Jeffreys! JJ's probably have better float but they are more of a powder specific ski. Also the bamboo core on the jeffreys makes them so much fun to ride! Just makes them really responsive and gives them a poppy flex, just the right amount in each case so that you don't get thrown around or popped off bumps when you don't want to!

have you ever ridden the jj?

it is NOT a powder specific ski, i have skied on mine a few times this year and we haven't had shit for snow in colorado and they hold and edge and turn sooo easy for something that is 115 underfoot.

as this guy said the turning radius is really short so it is great for tight skiing.

How does like the blizzard bonnafide do at turning. I also saw the volkal manyta and rossi s7 and s3 which one of these is good

look at the armada tst. i just picked up a pair and theyve been a lot of fun even without any snow here in colorado. the stiff, normal cambered tail makes them very stable and the sub17 meter turn radius makes them able to carve great and be really nimble

Me, i live in quebec. I ski them at Jay and le Massif, they are great, you can make nice turn on groomers. But you eont take them when you dont have new snow.

My brother has the bonafides and he usually skis out west, Northwest to be exact but he recently brought his skis back home to the east and he liked them here a lot. If you want anymore specifics you can pm me and I could ask him and just to let you know he was skiing on ice, packed powder, and light powder here on the east.

Which skis? My top 5 right now are jjs tsts the s7 and the bonnafied and s3 but im worried the first three wont do well on hard pack

As I said earlier the jj is the tits on groomers. I've been skiing packed powder all season on them and they hold and edge better then my ar7s

Armada JJ's, sorry i forgot that. Don't buy the s7 for east coast, maybe the s6 would be better ( go on blister gear ). Tst will be good on the hardpack, same for the JJ, they rail groomers.

I skied s3 and JJ and I'm from quebec. They slay on groomers. TST would be a good option too but I have to say that I really loved how my JJ ripped theses icy slopes from mont saint-sauveur.
