Canon 17-40 f/4l worth it?

i have a canon 5D mk ii and i have the 24-105.

i really want a wide angle lens. is the 17-40 worth it if i have the 24-105?

or am i better off to get a 15mm fisheye or i am also interested in the 20mm f2.8 by canon.

20 F/2.8 will be perfectly wide on your 5D. 17-40mm is just kind of stupid to have if you already have a 24-105mm, too much focal length overlap.

a 15mm would be tight but its pretty fishy on a 5d, the 17mm i feel like is a perfect wide for the 5d. Maybe sell the 24-105 and get the 17-40 a 50 then 70-200?

I've got one if you're interested ;)

It's a meh lens for crop IMO, Paul Braunstein makes it work somehow. On fullframes I think 17-40 is a pretty tight lens.
