Awesome story of stolen skis

So today I was at smugglers notch and had to wait a little after four because I couldn't get a ride untile after that. I put my skis down in separate places so they wouldent get stolen. After four everyone leaves because thats when it closes. I came outside an my skisI are missing they are armada ar7s and they are like my children. So like any parent I freaked out when running down the road at full speed (in ski boots) with ski poles in hand ready to kill whoever had my babies. Their was no one in site. I went to ski patrol and told them what happened. They told me to go to the security office wich is in the resort near by. So I drive down there hoping to see the shithead who stole my skis and again nothing. So I drive into the village and start walking towards the office when I see a pair of ar7s so again I take off running jump over a little stone wall (still in ski boots) and their they are just sitting on a ski rack. I have never been more relieved in my whole life. So too the little piece of shit who stole my skis I say ha and fuck you you will now never get to use the greatest pair of skis on this earth (my opinion don't make a big thing out of that) and if it was you say so on this thread and you will regain some shred of credibility plus I really want to hear you're story. Share any other stolen ski threads here as well

That is pretty incredible. However, next time you need to call the police, then wait until the guy came back to pick them up and have the police chat with him... i.e. lock him up for a few days and pay a big fine. Bet he wouldn't steal again.

Aha I take pictures of all serial numbers, and notable marks on my skis, and also write this shit down in a few different places. That way its like 100% I own these skis when I can tell em the serial number, something that SHOULD be unique to every ski. But yeah, lock shit up.

driving in ski boots can be done for short distances. What is really impressive is his ability to obtain a car to drive around the resort, when the reason he was there after 4 was because he was waiting for a ride

Get they're skis over their with there poles man. Took me a while to figure out what the fuck you were saying. They're = they are. There = place. Their = possessive adjective before noun.

This. I would have taken my jacket off to look different, and stood 15 yards away with my poles. When the perpetrator would come to take the skis, he would get destroyed by my poles.
